Returns and Refunds

If you do change your mind or in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund.

  2. Fill in the Return Form included in your delivery. Please include your contact details.

  3. Return the item(s) to us in new and perfect condition (in their original packaging). Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Please note that we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty and would suggest that you obtain proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.

We will contact you to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days. However, during busy times, this may take a little longer.
